Form is slow in loading

Hello!  So, my form has slowed down considerably over the last few months and I was hoping someone could take a look at it.  It seems that the slow down comes from the uploading from the jotform server.  I ran a performance analysis from Firefox and it slows down to around 7fps from 60 upon loading.  This used to not be the case.

Now I know that this form isn't the prettiest but it fills our needs.  There is some custom javascript here but I dont think this is what is slowing down the site.  Could someone take a look at this please?  Thank you!

I have checked your web page and replicated the issue.

It took me 2.4mins to load the webpage with the embedded form.

Can you please try to disable the AutoFill feature in your form?

Go to Settings>Form Settings>Continue Forms Later and Disabled.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

Ok, I disabled the continue forms later (it was actually turned off initially but had toggled it after reading through some forums about this issue and had forgotten I had left it on).  The problem persists after this change though.  I have also cleared out the forms Cache as well.  Any thoughts?

Your form has 200+ conditions so the browser took a while to understand and render all them.

But I think the main issue is related to your conditions. Every time I select an option on 'How many uploads..." field, the form freezes. It seems to me that your conditions are conflicting with each other or there's looping in the condition which makes it freeze.

I would suggest revising the conditions in your form. You can use the form collapse method to show a group of fields. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/196-How-to-Hide-or-Show-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Based-On-a-Single-Conditional-Entry

Thanks for the response.  I'll be sure to take another look at my conditions.  Thanks for getting back to me!
