Is it possible to change my username?

    I have been testing out Jotform using a free account and my personal details. Pleased with my findings, I now want to upgrade to a Professional Account and implement using Jotform at the company I work for. However, I need to use a company username for the account details rather than my personal ones to keep it looking professional. Can I change my username? I don't want to have to set up a whole new account as I have already created a few complex forms in my current account which I need for the company's work going forward. many thanks

    We can do that for you. Please send us an email letting us know your current username and new username you would like.
