My form didn't take my last updates

Hello see my form on link bellow.

I pass my half day to work on it Thursday 14th, but that take any of my changes.
Is it possible that i worked on two tab ?

All my changeses on one, and the just before closing all tab, i did go on the one i make any change and you save at this time ?

The form builder has an auto save feature, so it is not recommended to have two form builder window open for the same form. If you have done that, then that is the reason why you lose the changes. 

You can check your revision history: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history. If the changes are not present there, I'm afraid you'll have to redo it.
