Organizing PDF documents according to user answers

I want to create a custom PDF depending on the answers summitted in my form.

Is there a way to use conditional formatting to reduce the number of PDF documents so that I do not have to create a form for each of the various selections that are possible.

If not, how can I rearrange the TABS at the top of the PDF document editor so that I can at least order them? I do not seem to be able to find a way to change the order in which they are created, or other type of organizational tool such as a folder, etc...

    Thank you for any help!

Unfortunately, the PDF document cannot be modified according to the users' answers. In addition, the PDF editor tabs are ordered according to the time of creation. So, there's no way to change that.
