Viewing submissions page: at first I see a submission, but after a couple of seconds, everything disappears.

When I click to see the submissions for the Marketplace Mission Trip Feedback form, at first I see a submission, but after a couple of seconds, everything disappears and I see a warning telling me no records are found using my search query.The problem went away for a while yesterday and I got the information I wanted. But then when I went back to it today, I got the error. So I included the screen shot above. Let me know what else you want me to do. Thanks.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There are 10 submissions so far in the form. Could you please log out, clear your browser's cache, and log back into your account?
