I have set up a paypal form and have customers run transactions with Paypal. Only one of the submissions have generated Transaction ID's  (3 Submissions total ) and some have not. I have contacted Paypal and they have no record of the transaction ID#. And suggestions?

Are you referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/90657401089157? If yes, then probably your user didn't make a transaction that's why there's no transaction ID generated.

Your payment field is not set as required so they can submit the form without making a transaction or payment.1552953765notrequired Screenshot 10

Please set the PayPal field as required to prevent the user from submitting the form if they did not pay.

In each submission that was made, each customer claimed they had made a payment that is not showing up in Paypal. I assume that Paypal maybe holding payment for 5-10 days?
    Thank you

I see that they choose an option in the "Choose Workshop" field so I think they have been prompted to pay. To ensure that this will not happen again, please enable your PayPal IPN.

Guide: How to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account

Is your account newly created? I suggest creating a "PayPal business account" that does not give me trouble receiving payments and sending payments.
