Hi! The submitted form was sent to our Marketing Team's email address but the forms don't get sent to those who fill out the form to order the materials in the list. It's supposed to be sent to both.
Out team's email address is alveo.marketing@gmail.com. I put my email address ducanes.jerica@alveoland.com.ph in the requester's email item and clicked submit. Tried this twice and on both of our forms but I haven't received the submitted forms on my email address.

Could you please check if the emails didn't end in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?
Also, please check if the emails are not blocked by your email domain.

Hi Nik, noted on this! I tried to submit a form using my gmail account and it worked. Will coordinate with our IT team for the blocked emails. Thank you!
