Hi,
my JotForm doesn’t work properly on the iPad. Some of the fields become unresponsive. On my iPhone (not just mine) the image upload functionality doesn’t work either.
Could you please assist?

On testing the Form I could not find any unresponsive field in the iPad/iPhone emulator.
Here is the test result:
I could also not replicate the File upload issue. As you can see in the image one of the image was successfully uploaded since the size of the image is 0.2 MB and when I tried to upload an image with higher resolution it gave me an error.
What I would suggest you increase the File size limit as the current size set is 1MB only and if you try taking an image in iPad and iPhone you will find the image size is greater than 3 MB with higher resolution.

I realised the image issue was probably due to size. The unresponsive
fields are still an issue though.
I also know of at least two people who have recently submitted forms which
I did not receive. I am so concerned about this as I have no idea how much
business could have been lost in the past 4 years. I have checked my junk
folders and didn't find anything there.

I have also responded with two other issues re unresponsive fields and
forms not being delivered.
