We have exceeded our contact quota

    We need to get this sorted. Person who set this up is no longer with the company. We have no idea of log in, passwords or anything. We are losing contacts so either need to get this resolved asap or we will need to get our web guys to build a new link. Can you help please!!

    The form from the screenshot you provided is active.

    The form was created on the account technicalsigns. The email address of the account is r**e@te**********ns.co.uk

    I saw that the form was edited today. Did you find the account login credentials? 

    You can log in with the username or email address. You can also reset the password. 

    How to reset the password

    Please note that the password reset email will be sent to the account email address. If you do not have access to that email address, I would suggest you to contact the person who created the account and ask for the account login credentials. 

    Considering that the form does not have any submissions, you can also create a new account and clone that form.
