For the past few months I have been receiving an alert via my email each time, there is a registration form submitted on my website. Within the last couple of weeks this has stopped. Forms are being submitted, and I get no alert at all. I went into the form edit and did a test email. That worked fine, but when I go on my site, and submit a form it does not show on my email. I am losing clients and money because I have missed training classes that people signed up for, but I never got the notice. This has just started happening very recently. Prior to that it worked great. Please could someone rectify this. Thank you.

Can you please try to do the following?
1. Re-embed the form using IFRAME
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions.
Have a good day

I have done both of the things suggested and I still receive no alert. I have sent a test email from Jotform with my listed email, and I receive that email, but no alert from my website when the form is submitted. I can not understand how this worked fine for the last few months, and all of sudden it stopped! I would appreciate some help to rectify this as I am missing submissons, which cost me money from lost clients. Thank you. Date: Fri, 8 Feb 2013 11:11:38 -0500

Your form is working fine on my end upon checking. However, we recommend you to change your form's Sender Email address to noreply@jotform to prevent emails being rejected. Please take a look at this article fore more detailed information to prevent emails not being received.
