forms are disabled due to view limit

    Hi it seems our form has been disabled due to reaching the view limit. I find this incredibly difficult to believe given our analytics system that shows traffic and views. I would like to chat with a representative about understanding how you calculate views and how to reactivate our form asap as I am sure we have not reached 1000 views. 

    Further more I can see that if we add a JotForm footer this will lift the view limit. However I believe with already have this footer activated as there is one on the forms and cant find it in the settings anywhere.

    We don't have phone support. However, we would gladly assist you via this thread.

    I have checked your account and it seems you have upgraded to Bronze Monthly. Your account is not over the monthly view limits and your forms should be working correctly.

    When your form is opened, that counts as a form view. When you embed your form into your web page and your web page was opened, that also counts as 1 form view.
