    Answer for Questions A)

    In order for you to change the color of the sub-labes, please insert this custom CSS code in your form

    .form-sub-label{
    color:#FFFFFF;
    }

    You can either make the background of the form transparent in order to match with the background of your site  please check this How to Make the Background of a Form Transparent

    Answer for Question B

    You can either Disable the Highlight Effect

    Or you can change the highlight color , with any of these  HTML color codes

    For example

    .form-line-active {
    background-color:#DF01D7;
    Will show this effect
    }

    Should you have more questions, let me know

    @majmer,

    I can view the changes you've made that was suggest by my colleague. Here's how your form displays on my end now.

    If it's different on your side, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. That should help.

    Thanks!
