unable to enable HIPPA compliance

    everytime i try and send the verification email it fails, can you guys help?

    May you please provide us more details about the specific part where it's failing? 

    For example, do you receive the email, but it fails or aren't you receiving the email at all? 

    I would recommend you to try following the process again and let us know if the problem persists.
