I cannot find an active form that I have created.

    I created two forms and cannot find them. However, when I click on the link in our publications they are active and I can "register" as if I were a participant.

    The forms belong to the account HIFE, which was registered with the email address: webdesign@hife-usa.org, that is why you cannot see them in your account. So make sure you have access to that account in order to access them.
