Why am I getting troubles sumitting my form using an iPhone?

    I was contacted today by a client trying to fill out our jotform on our website using her iphone. She said that after she filled it out, the format would not let her submit or move on.

    I tried to duplicate the issue using my iphone and found the form loading at snail speed and taking quite some time to load more information when getting to the end of the screen.  I will say that this could be because I am having some intermittent internet issue with wifi but I am experiencing the same issues off wifi using just the phone internet.  In my case I was finally able to submit using my iphone but it was a very tedious process.  After submission I got the thank you screen and the word save listed five times in red.  I have not seen that before.

    I did test the form and submit via my laptop and t worked easily and quickly...same location so internet was no issue apparently.

    I wanted to contact you just to be sure this is not an issue on your side or something I have done incorrectly.  It seems to have worked fine in the past.

    I have been testing your form and I can was able to submit the form without any issues while using a mobile device, may you please kindly provide more details about what are the issues you're experiencing while filling out the form? 

    Also, I have been testing the issue with the thank you page and I can see the text appearing there when it was not configured on the thank you page settings, to remove it you will need to edit your thank you page and remove the code that is showing that text, here is a screenshot that shows how to get the source code and what to remove:
