How can I change the form URL link?

     Hello,

     

    I am creating a registration form for clients to complete and I do not want the "jotform.com" url, is there a way to change the url and have it just redirect to my form on jotform.com?

     

    Also, I need to add an option in the confirmation email my clients will receive so they can go back and edit and update their information. How can I add this option?

    You'll need to setup the Custom Domain in your form settings. For more information, please check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/144-How-to-use-Custom-Domains-with-Jotform.
