I have created a form and it is all working. I want to have an offline option and use the fillable form option for this.
When I load the PDF form it is "Showing Random Data". When I print the form it prints the data also.

I have gone in to my account to cleare cache and have also cleared browser cache and tried private browsing. Is there a way to have a version of my form, blank, that can be filled in offline?

You'll need to create a new PDF form instead of PDF document.

This guide https://www.jotform.com/help/312-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points should help you to create a fillable form.

Thank you - does that mean I need to start from scratch?
Is there not a way to convert or download as an empty PDF?

No, only if you select to create a new form, then you will have to create the PDF form from scratch.

Just choose the first option "Create PDF Form" and it will copy the field values you have in your current form.
