Our China staff tell us that a VPN is now required to use Jotform in China. Is this so? This affects the usability of Jotform and we may have to find another solution then?

We cannot guarantee that everything will work or everything will not work when the forms are viewed from China.
The JotForm domain works well in China as of checking using http://www.blockedinchina.net.
However, some subdomains are not working such as:
form.jotform.com
form.jotformpro.comBut the www prefix appears fine:
www.jotform.com
www.jotformpro.comIf you have a specific form you'd like to check, you can share the link here. Therefore, we can verify if it's working or not.

Can you test our online application form, that we use for new applicants
from all over the world?

If this doesn't work, how do we change it so that it does work and allow us
to get applicants apply from all countries?

The form works well on my end. What I can suggest is to embed the form on a webpage with a domain that is not blocked in the China firewall.
I also checked if jotform domains were blocked but it is showing a green status which means that it was not blocked.

JUMPfoundationReplied on May 2, 2019 at 5:43 AMDear Jotform.
The China Program Director once again reports that the Online Application
form that we use from Jotform is being blocked in China.
Is it possible that you check again whether it is still usable within China?
Best regards,
Lars
