I created an account with the above email address but now cannot log in. I am being told that my email address isn't recognized but I receive emails to this address from Jotform, so I don't know why it would not be recognized?

Any help would be appreciated, I am trying to update a form that is being used right now.

I checked your email address and found out that you have two guest accounts connected to your email address.  One of those guest accounts have this form: http://www.jotform.com/form/10715850709 which already have 15 submissions in total as of now.

Guest accounts happen when you go to My Forms page and simply created your form without creating your own personal login account.  You have set your email address to the form that's why you are receiving notifications.

The best thing to do here is open jotform.com using the browser that you used to create your form to be able to see the form you have created.  next is create your own personal free account to have your own personal login username.  This way, you will have security over your forms that they won't be lost.

    Hope this helps.

My browser reset for privacy and I've lost access to the form and I was just notified by someone that the form has been "not available" for days. Who knows how many opportunities were lost. I'm disappointed.

Guest accounts are not meant to last forever as it depends on the user's browser's cookie settings.

As I have said, you will need to create your free account instead of riding in on a guest account. It is on the lower right part of the page, just below the login form.  (see image below)

When you create your free account, make sure that the email address you are going to use is the same email address that you used in the form you have created.  This way, the form will automatically be added to your account.

    Hope this helps.
