How to change the spacing on a form

    I want to show the different parts of the agreement that they are agreeing to (like the HIPPA one) but I can't put in spaces and then when I preview it is all on one line.

    You are trying to add line breaks to a field label and that is not possible. You should use a basic Text field and then add a Text Box field below it so your users can enter the name.
