Form From Web page didn't work

Asked by cindyweathers on March 16, 2011 at 04:37 PM

    Hi,

I am trying to make a clone of an employment application, and it only cloned Name and Email information...

    Here is the Page http://azmaidsofhonor.com/Employment.html

Is it because it has other information on it?

    Thanks,

    Cindy Weathers

    Hi Cindy,

The reason why that particular form (the one with that says "Application for Employment") is not imported is because it is contained in an iFrame generated by a Joomla plugin.

In actuality, only the small form on the sidebar (the form with Name and Email field) belongs to the URL that you specified. Jotform searches for forms in a webpage via the <form> tags and since the longer form is called from another url using <iframe>, it is not detected.

A workaround I could give you is to save the iframed page on your computer, upload it on your web server, and then import the form using Jotform Builder.

If you're using Firefox, right-click on that particular form > This Frame > Save Frame as
