Question title not showing up on submission email

Hi, I have a problem where on the submission email I receive one of the question titles is showing up as "Type a question" instead of the title that is shown in the editing area for that form. I believe the guest see the correct question title. Is there a way to change the title that is shown in the submission email?

Attached is a screenshot of the email we received. The question is the 9th one.

The form is call "Reservation Request Form" in our account.

If you have added the question label correctly in form, the best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. The following guides should help you:
