For your free plan, you have 100mb as available space. Is that space referring to just the form templates we create or is it the data/form submissions we received? Also does that mean we will have to empty our space when we reach full capacity?

Thank your for your interest in JotForm. It might not be obvious at first but the templates that you can choose from have their data(images, etc) hosted separately and so should not take up your storage limit. The said restriction applies only to your own usage like the space that will be occupied by submissions(will you accept files?)
Yes, while on the default plan, you have to ensure you're not going over the limit as you will not get submissions as your form will get disabled too.
I would love to think that you will export your data somewhere so most of the time, you can empty out/save space by deleting a form of which the use case does not require you to have data from beginning of the records.
Our forms allows you to integrate with Google Drive, Dropbox and several other third party providers which most of the time will keep your data too.
To make sure you don't go over the limitations, consider getting a paid plan say this month you will have an active campaign that will need several data. Our pricing is flexible as you can do it monthly.
