Hi,
I received an email saying that my plan has been upgraded and changed to Bronze. I was charged $19 but I did not authorize this. I also did not upgrade my plan. I logged in and my account still has me under the free plan. Can you please issue a refund? Thank you.

You have another username mymagspread that was upgraded back in Feb., please be aware that all of our subscriptions are renewed automatically, unless you manually cancel. This subscription INT190319-7330-77509B was canceled for this account and a refund was given.
