I am trying to pass the total cost of all items ordered over to the confirmation e-mails.  I am using the Form Calculation Widget but it does not show me the field name.

I have inserted the field called {totalOrder} in the e-mail configuration but it is not coming over to the e-mail.

Correction, I do see that the field name {totalOrder} is shown in the widget settings.  That is the field that I am using in my e-mail.

I can see that you are only sending a "Test" submission. Please try making an actual submission and you should receive the notification that includes the {totalOrder} amount.

The form is now in live There are two options on the form: pay with cash or check or pay with credit card.

In either case the field {totalOrder} contains the total value of the items selected, however, the e-mail only contains {totalOrder} when the credit card is submitted, not when the user submits the form and will do the payment offline.  It seems that the widget only works for credit card payment even though the field called is filled out for either option.

Your notification seems to be stuck or using a different notification format. Please delete the current notification and auto response then create a new one.

I just tested it on my end and deleting and recreating a new one fixed the issue for me. Please try that and let us know how it goes.
