the reference requests that are completed come to my email, but i would like them to go to my HR Coordinator.
Also, can you please give me the username and password for this account? I was able to log in using google, but when I asked for the password reset I never got the email to do so. Thanks! -

To change the email in your notification, please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email.
