Apply coupon discount based on minimum order amount

I created a new form with Paypal - is there a way to do the coupon code starting at a certain amount

for example we do sibling discount when they register for two people - but they are able to put the coupon code in when its just for one player and i dont want that. I need it to be code can be used once their subtotal is past $99.00 put the coupon code in it allows it for one product.

In order for you to do that, you must set up the Coupon Code in your account as shown in the screenshot below.

The discount will still be applied, but it will only have an effect if the sub-total is more than $99.00.
