I don't have a website to embed my form, is there a way to email the form for people to respond?

    JotForm is primarily an addon for websites so that you can easily gather data from your customers. This is why in the Form editor you have several options on how you can embed your form.

    Although nothing is stopping you to use the form like this below:

    {jotform domain that you are on}/{jotform id}

    That should make the form available just like a webpage. But still, having your own site is helpful and adds some trust on whatever use case you might have for the data.

    You can easily build your site over a cms like WordPress, Drupal, etc. Please consider finding a reliable developer to help you get started with your site as you can even get some free hosting initially from cloud services like AWS, PagodaBox etc..
