How can I tell if I need to upgrade?

I Received a notice to upgrade.  I will only need submissions through April 6.  How can I tell if I need to upgrade.  How many more submissions do I have?

Upon checking, your current payment submissions are 93/100. Please note that the bronze plan can only receive up to 100 payments each month. This limit will be reset on April 1, 2019. However, if you exceed your account limits then your form will no longer accept submissions because you have reached the limit for your plan.
