How to cancel subscription?

    Would like someone to contact me about cancelling our subscription.

    To clarify, are you referring to the account under the username johnmriemen ?

    The account subscription is under our grandfathered premium monthly. Do note once you cancel this subscription we cannot offer this plan back as it is not available anymore in our pricing page.

    We can cancel your subscription or you may cancel it by following this gudie:-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free

    May we know the reason why would you like to cancel your subscription? Do you need assistance in creating your form?

    We can cancel the subscription for you. However, we need you to login to your account  johnmriemen  and request for the subscription cancellation.

    You may also cancel the subscription at your end by following this guide:-How-to-Cancel-a-Subscription-and-Downgrade-Back-to-Free

    If you opted to cancel the subscription at your end, the subscription will not be billed on the Next Billing date. However, your account will stay in the paid status until the period end.
