Replying to Form Sender

    Currently, when someone hits "reply all" to the email send from a form notification, it automatically includes the person who submitted the form. 

    Is there a way to stop that from happening? 

    Our forms submissions are sent do a distribution list, and our managers often hit reply all to let everyone know they are going to contact the customer. We do not want to accidentally include the customer in that email.

    The form on the webpage you provided has 1 recipient email. Does the form to which the issue is related to has multiple Recipient Emails?

    If the form has multiple recipient emails, when you use the "reply all" option the email will be sent to the person who submitted the form as well.

    The only way to prevent that the email is sent to the submitter is to select some other form field instead of the Email field as the Reply-to Email inside of the Notification settings.
