We are not receiving responses from our forms.

    We are not receiving emailed responses from our forms. We have tried using the built in Jotform email and adding Amazon SES SMTP. Neither work.

    Is there something that we are missing here?

    I tried to replicate the issue but I did not face any issue in getting the Email notification.

    I suggest you to please follow the below guide and Recheck all the possible reasons:


    Since the emails are being sent using your own email address, we request you to check the SMTP settings on the account.
