Hubspot Integration Issues

Hi, 

I'm trying to set up the Hubspot Integration. I've authenticated the account, but I'm getting stopped on Match Your Fields "email address". When I click, nothing happens and there are no further options for inputting data. 

Please let me know what I can do.

I checked your form, but it has no fields. Perhaps, you are trying to integrate Hubspot in the form without any fields?

I checked your other form and you successfully integrated it to Hubspot because it has fields. Please review the form and let us know if the issue persists.
