Unable to login to account I believe I have already updated the account email address

    Hello,

    I am unable to login and am pretty sure I'm using the correct info, when I attempt to reset the login info by entering my email address no email comes through, I checked spam and it's not there either.

    Can you please assist as there is critical info that I need to get as soon as possible

    All I could fin is a guest account which is empty.  Do you have the link to any form you created?

    The email associated with that account is mmaus@bookbigsky.com. Please reset your account password using that email.

    That was the original email on the account, when I took over the JotForm account I changed the email address to afarr@bookbigsky.com Please look into the account linked to this email address, I was using it for a couple weeks after changing the email address, now I can’t log in

    I have checked the account linked with afarr@bookbigsky.com and it is a guest account. I do not see any other account linked with this email address.

    This can’t be right, after changing the account email address to affar@bookbigsky.com I used the account for weeks and received multiple surveys from my clients, this data has to exist somewhere. What does a guest account even mean?
    The previous account email address associated with the account was mmause@bookbigsky.com belonging to Meghan Maus, but when she tries to reset her password using this email it won’t let her. If I need to put her in contact with you let me know.
    Please advise as there is very valuable information in this account that I need to retrieve. Thank you

    A guest account is what we referred to as an unregistered account. Your email address (afarr@bookbigsky.com) is not associated with any registered account and is just linked to a guest account.

    I see that the username of the ahpafarr account was recently changed from MeghanMaus. You may contact the original owner of the account and ask her to do a password reset using her email address — m***s@b**k****ky.**m

    Also, can you tell us how are you accessing the submissions made to the forms in the ahpafarr account, please? Perhaps you can provide us the details of the latest submission?
