I hadn't been receiving emails from one form for a couple of weeks. Confirmations were sent to senders but no email sent to me. I noticed this yesterday and created a new form.
Couldn't find the old form in either of my 2 accounts, is this because I could have created the form without registering?
What happened to the emails that were sent? Is there a way to track them down or are they kept anywhere?

Can you post the url of the old form which was having a problem with email
notification. If it was created using a guest account [without registration] then
it would not automatically appear on your JotForm account.
Aside from the email notification all submissions are stored
also within the JotForm server you can retrieve and download it as csv or excel file.
