Why don't I see the Uploads or how can people send the reservation without uploading?

    Hey there,

    I have a problem: In my form I need my customers to upload a file, which is an important document. I need to have it with the other data thats why the upoad is required in order to send the from. But now I have had the third reservation in a row without that document attached to it. Why?

    Did they use a file-format that your software can't read or how did my customers send the file out without uploading, since it is a required option. I hope you can help me.

    Hi Alexandar,

    Most probably the user has an outdate browser or his browser's javascript is disabled that's why he was able to skipped the file upload field even if it's required. Or, there might be an interruption on his browser which affects the file upload. If possible, I would suggest to contact your customer regarding the file and ask him to re-submit it once if he really uploaded one.

    You can mark the file upload field unrequired. Just edit your form in the form builder, click the file upload field and click on "Requred"on the tool bar to turn it off. Check this screen.
