Signature widget not working

    I put the signature widget on my form and filled out the form and then went through practice form but signature did not come through, did I do something wrong? Please help. Thanks https://form.jotform.com/90790330300142

    Hi,


    As I see, this is a duplicated version of your previous thread in here. 


    As our support team has sent you a test submission and did not face such issue in signature widget, I have cloned your form and tested it as well. I have done a test submission and it seems signature widget works fine in online form and downloaded Pdf.

    You may face this issue if you haven't set signature field as "Required" for previous submissions. If this issue still persist, feel free to contact us.
