Emails containing Jotform going to junk mail

    Hi there,

    I have been using Jot form for some time and since starting I have always had a problem with the emails going into customers junk/spam folders.

    I originally thought it was to do with my email address and not the form but further investigation using other email accounts like Hotmail returned the same result.

    Why would the emails go into junk and also why would my reply to their emails end up going into the customers junk folder.

    If I could please have some help with this.

    Please ask users whitelisting the JotForm Ip address and domains at their end.
