I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with?
I did check your last edited form "UBM Booking Form April-May 2019" and did not find any issue with that. You have added Stripe payment tool and integrated it correctly with your Stripe account. You have not received any submission in this form yet. Is there any error message displayed when form is submitted?

We could not test your form as it requires live payment. Can we enabled "Test" mode in your form stripe payment tool so that we can test the issue by submitting form?

Yes, the form called UBM Booking Form April-May 2019 is the one users
have send they cannot complete payment. Please can you run the test? I
will ask them for a screenshot.

We are unable to test your form as it is connected to Live Stripe account and requires real credit card. I would suggest you to please enable "Test Mode" mode in Stripe payment tool and then we will be able to test your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable "Test Mode" in Stripe payment tool:
