Getting error in using file upload control

    Hi,

    I've put a file upload control on my form, that accepts multiple image files. I am expecting the users to upload up to 5 photos of high resolution through this form.


    However, most of the time I try uploading the file, it fails. Attached is the screenshot of the error.

    Please help me rectify this error.

    Hello Pratik,

    I have tested your form and cloned version, but same problem does not appear on my end. Would it be possible for you to check with users if they can try using different connection/network? Also, what is the size of images that are being uploaded?

    Hi Victoria,

    I just tried this on a different connection/network and it worked. Thanks.


    The test images I used were 4-5 Mb in size. But I expect bigger size images in real-world usage (it could be over 50 Mb each).

    I see file upload fields are not limited on your form, so file size should not be a problem as long as files are under 100 MB each (for multi-upload field): Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

    It is most likely that network is blocking the process, you might need to check this with your IT department if corporate network was used.
