Block sender (fake job offer / suspended account)

hello ive been contacted by an employer for a job as a personal assistant by Dr. Michael Grant (he or she says) and i wanted to know how do i block this employer from contacting me and remove my information that ive provided to submit my application from this website and from him to see. Ive declined his or her offer however this person is still contacting me. Please help

As my support colleague said, the related account was suspended due to a fake job offer, so the form owner will no longer be able to access this account and form's submissions. Thank you for reporting.
