Error in embedding PDF file

I am trying to upload a PDF file into the form using PDF Embedder.  This one particular file will not upload.  It says Error- Failed to load PDF document.  I have tried other PDF's and they loaded fine.  What could be wrong with this file?

May we know if you can open the PDF file in acrobat?
