Form submissions: 404 Not Found error after submitting the form

    Hi,

    We have reached out multiple times to address issues with most of our forms. We are receiving a 404 Not Found error. Nothing has been done. If this is the case, we would like to cancel our subscription and request that the current subscription fee be refunded for lack of usability of your product.

    If there is a phone number where we can call,. please provide that number as it is frustrating to use your ridiculous customer support.

    I checked your previous threads where you reported the issue, but we didn't receive any additional information about the problem, and we weren't able to replicate it on our side.

    I'm not sure what additional information you need. Most of our forms are not working. If there is anything specific you need let us know.

    If this cannot be resolved please let us know how we can get a refund and cancel the premium subscription.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Could you let us know if you are able to submit the forms from a different location? Also, please provide us with the public IP address of your location so that we can try whitelisting the IP address to see if that helps. If the issue still persists, we can forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation.
