I login to my account and all my forms are missing

I login to my account and all my forms are missing. What is going on? This is really messing up my summer camp sign ups. I can’t get in touch with anyone

I'm sorry, but I tried looking for logs of the forms, but I cannot find one. Do you have the URLs of the form? Please share, and we'll check further. 

When I logged in my forms were gone!! All of them. This is very upsetting. I paid for the membership and when I tried to login my password has been changed.

Looks like someone changed my password. I'm very concerned that I've been
hacked. This needs to be handled immediately. I've never had a problem with
jotform.

If you do, you can log in/do a password reset and receive password reset link to that same email address.
