Video Upload /Playback on Iphone 7

We have created a form that has a video upload form field.

When the form is emailed, the jotform link works to the video on Android and desktop but on Iphone it won't stream or allow a download of the file. 

The file type is MOV and the browser is Safari.

So native Apple...

Any ideas on why this is not working?

I have been testing this on my end and it seems like the browser cannot play the video, may you please try downloading the files using the app explained on the guide below?
