When someone fills out my application online and I get sent the PDF of the application, there are five blank pages. How can I fix this?

I was unable to find your account; however, I would recommend you to try editing your PDF report and getting rid of the blank pages, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
