How do I get all the text to show up when I download submitted forms?

    Facial consent form doesn't download all the texts from submission.

    I tried to download the submissions as PDF in your form and I was unable to replicate the issue. Could you please tell us the submission ID to which this issue is related to?

    Also, what kind of export submissions do you use?

    Hello,
    Thank you for getting back to me. I had to go into the revision history and
    go back to the old form because the after editing it was giving me so many
    issues- the texts appear on the actual form, but when downloading only the
    answers show up and not the texts. I'm scared to make any changes because
    it doesn't work and don't have any more time to spend on this.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I also tried to download the submission PDF and it seems to display the text content correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    Are you downloading the submission PDF from PDF editor or from submission page? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the PDF and we will take a look.     Hi Yes, it displays correctly because it's the old form. I tried to revise
    it yesterday and it wasn't showing up when downloaded- and in the settings
    I selected to make sure that all the texts show.

    I think that's because you've switched the layout to the new PDF Editor. You should be able to get the texts in it. If not, you should have the option to add all.
