Simply drag and drop the payment integration you need in your form. Please check the list of all our Payment integration below.

That was grayed out and I was unable to drag and drop on the editable workshop form. I tried everything.

So I deleted that one and created my own page form. I was able to drag drop and add my Square account for payment

If payment integrations under the PAYMENT tab is grayed out, this means you already have a payment field in your form. Please note that you can only add one payment integration to each form. You need to delete the current payment field in your form if you want to add a new one.

When I did a test on that one for myself no payment information was requested. The form was sent without payment

Checking the latest form you have updated, I see that you have added a Square payment field. Unless the field is hidden on the form, respondents will be asked to enter their credit card information to process a payment and to submit the form.

If you were able to submit the form but no payment was received, please let us know and give us more details.

Yes that's the one I created as I stated before. I deleted the prearranged form for workshops. The one with square is not an issue yet hopefully. Thanks I will just use the one I put together
