    To whom it may concern:

I've begun using JotForm with great ease and excitement for work. However, one item is continuing to plague me. Somewhere along the line I created a PDF form. However, not it only crashes and refuses to populate. Worst of all, it won't let me delete it.

Whether I use Chrome or IE, the same problem arises. Chrome gives the error message "Would you like to wait for this page?" IE says, "A long script is not being completed."

How do I go about deleting this PDF document entitle PDF form? It's not needed. Only the Teacher Recommend PDF is.

I deleted the PDF form template you're referring to. Could you please check and confirm?

Also, I suspect that is a browser cache issue only. To avoid experiencing the same issue, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. That may work.
