How do clients skip particular services if they do not need it?

how do clients that don't need particular services by pass questions on forms if services are not needed for there particular event

You may consider making the fields optional so your clients can skip and continue with the other items. Or, add a Single Choice field that would ask your client if they wish to avail of the service or not, Yes/No options. Add a condition to show the service fields only when your client chose Yes from the option.
